The property was really easy to get to. It was very clean inside and out the only downfall was the pool was out of order and we didn't find out until we got there. Our room was pretty dusty. My son ended up having an allergy flare-up ( he's allergic to dust) other than that breakfast was good, the staff was really friendly. My only suggestion is to update the TV for a bigger screen and newer furniture in the room

My sister and her family tried to book 2 rooms here. They had to book one at a time. While booking the first one, the second became unavailable. Then the hotel said they wouldn't refund her money for the first room, even though her family is too large to stay in one room. Ridiculous policy. Highly recommend finding other accommodations if you can.

I was greeted very nicely upon arrival. I arrived late with my three children and everyone was very helpful. Our room was very clean and the kids were comfortable. The dove shower products and the cleanliness of the bathroom was wonderful

The free breakfast was amazing! Lots of hot and cold options so everyone can find something! Nice location by the river. We stayed as part of a wedding party and the hotel did a great job of posting the schedule and accommodating a pre wedding pizza party, etc.

Stayed for a wedding over a last weekend and my girlfriend left covered in bug bites. Could be bed bugs, I’m fine but this place is infested with something. This is in addition to the incredibly uncomfortable beds and the system locking the entire wedding block out of their rooms two hours early. Avoid at all cost if possible. You can reply here but can’t call back about the infestation like you said. You’re a liar and a scumbag. The hotel has bugs, disgusting.
